These terms explain how we bill for the services you buy on this website. They apply together with the description, limits and price shown for each service at the time you order.
One-time fees
Website packages, redesigns, setup fees and one-time projects are charged at checkout. This is the amount shown as “Due today”. Work begins after payment and once we have received the information we need from you.
“Starting at” prices cover the scope described for that service. If your project needs more, we send a written quote before any extra work or charge, and you can decline it.
Monthly services
Monthly fees for chatbots, voice and phone agents, CRM automation, SEO plans, care plans and hosting are not charged at checkout. Each monthly service starts when it goes live. Before the first recurring charge, we confirm the start date and monthly amount with you, and you approve the recurring billing.
SEO plans and outreach run month to month after the first three months. Other monthly services are month to month. To cancel a monthly service, give 30 days’ written notice.
Usage limits and third-party costs
Each plan lists its usage limits, such as conversations, minutes or hours. We contact you before you reach a limit, and extra usage is only added with your approval. Tools and services you choose from other providers, such as a paid CRM, texting registration and message fees, paid directories, domains and premium plugins, are billed by those providers unless the service description says otherwise.
Revisions, content and support
Revision rounds and support periods are listed for each package. You provide text, logos and images unless you add copywriting. Requests outside the listed scope are quoted before we do the work.
Results
We guarantee the work described for each service. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, revenue or sales, because they depend on factors outside our control.
Custom quotes and Name Your Price
Custom offers, including replies to Name Your Price requests, are valid until the expiry date in the offer. Only an offer approved by our team can be paid for, using the secure link we send you.
Refunds
If we cannot start your project, for example because a required integration is not available for your setup, we refund the related fee. Once work has started, refunds for unfinished work are handled case by case. Contact us at the phone number or email address on this site.
Taxes
Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. Where sales tax applies, it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
