For sites that need the basics handled every month: core, theme and plugin updates with a backup first, weekly offsite backups, uptime monitoring, a monthly malware scan and 30 minutes of content edits. Malware cleanup is billed separately.
For sites that generate leads or sales every day: weekly updates tested on a staging copy, daily offsite backups, weekly malware scans, one malware cleanup per quarter, 2 hours of content edits and a quarterly speed check.
Each care plan covers one WordPress site, and unused edit time does not roll over. Managed hosting is optional and can be added to either plan. If your site has already been hacked, start with Hacked Site Cleanup, then choose a care plan to keep it maintained. No. Care plans work with most WordPress hosts. Managed hosting is optional and can be added to either care plan if you would rather we look after the server as well.
