What changes the cost of a chatbot
Most businesses only need the AI Text Chatbot. The price changes when you need more than the standard plan covers:
- More content to learn from. The chatbot setup covers up to 25 pages or documents you approve. Extra Knowledge Training adds blocks of 25 more.
- More conversations. The monthly service covers up to 1,000 conversations a month. Busy sites can add the Conversation Volume Upgrade, only with your approval.
- More languages. An Additional Chatbot Language lets the website chatbot answer in a second language, priced per language.
- A website package. The AI Business Website and AI Growth Complete packages already include the chatbot setup, so it is not charged twice.

What happens if we go over 1,000 conversations?
We contact you when you approach the limit. You can add the Conversation Volume Upgrade, or we can tighten the setup. Extra usage is never added without your approval.
When does the monthly fee start?
When the chatbot goes live on your site, after you approve the recurring billing. Only the setup fee is due at the start.
Can it connect to my CRM?
Lead details can go to email or a CRM. For automated follow-up after the chat, add CRM + Lead Automation.
