What the setup and monthly fees cover
CRM automation pricing has two parts, a one-time setup and a monthly service, and they are always shown separately in your quote.
One-time setup
We connect up to 3 lead sources, such as website forms, your chatbot and your phone agent, to one CRM. We set up pipeline stages for your sales process, build up to 3 automated follow-up sequences and turn on instant new-lead alerts for your team.
Monthly service
After launch, the monthly fee covers monitoring of your connections and automations, fixes when a connection breaks, up to 1 hour of changes per month and a monthly lead-flow report.
A third-party CRM subscription, Zapier or Make subscriptions, and texting registration and message fees are billed by their providers or at cost, as listed on the plan.
How to prepare for CRM setup
A little preparation keeps the setup inside the standard scope:
- List your lead sources. Note where leads come from today: website forms, chat, phone calls or other tools. The setup covers up to 3.
- Sketch your sales steps. Write down what happens between a new inquiry and a booked job or sale. Those steps become your pipeline stages.
- Decide what follow-up should say. Think about the first reply, a reminder and a final check-in. Additional automation workflows can be added later.
- Check your CRM and texting needs. Tell us which CRM you use, if any, and whether you want text-message follow-up, which needs carrier registration first.

Is the CRM subscription included?
If you use a third-party CRM, its subscription is billed by that provider. Our fees cover setup, automation and monitoring.
Can follow-ups go out by text message?
Yes, once your business is registered for texting with the carriers (A2P 10DLC). The Text Message Follow-up Setup add-on helps with registration. Registration and per-message fees are billed at cost.
Which CRMs can you set up?
We set up Infinite Marketing CRM or connect a supported CRM you already pay for. Tell us what you use today and we confirm fit before you buy; if it is not a good match, we say so.
Do I need CRM automation if I already have a website package?
CRM + Lead Automation setup is already included in the AI Growth Complete package, so it is never charged twice. With the other website packages it is an optional add-on that you can choose now or later.
How do the monthly fee and cancellations work?
The one-time setup fee and the monthly fee are shown separately in your quote. Monthly services follow our service terms, which explain billing and the 30-day notice for cancelling.
